My stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing! The rooms were even better and nicer than the online photos, very comfortable, and had a balcony with an amazing view of the Jungfrau. They were pretty comfortable, with a separate sitting area with a desk, fridge and kettle, good shelving and hanging space, and a nice bathroom with lots of counter space.
